The hotel impressed me right from check-in. The Superior Double Room offered lots of space, a mini fridge, and a lovely view. It was super clean every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations. the fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets were highlights. I felt the location was fantastic, close to the medina yet tucked away enough to escape the city's hustle. Only downside was that the room's Wi-Fi was unreliable, disconnecting often. Also, I wanted more complimentary water supplied during my five-night stay, as I was charged for extra bottles. Still, the positives definitely outweighed these issues, and I’d be happy to return.

Absolutely terrible wi-fi that disconnects frequently!!! The air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat, making the room uncomfortable for sleeping!!! A custom-made omelette option would have really elevated the breakfast experience!!!

Excellent location with easy access to local attractions like the medina and Jardin Majorelle. The friendly staff made a point to answer all my questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The roof garden and pool provided a delightful place to unwind. Guests often mentioned the fresh food and the beautiful terrace, which I found absolutely delightful too.
The room size could be improved.

A noteworthy aspect was the airport transfer by luxury SUV, which added convenience to my stay. The hotel is well-located, only a 15-minute walk to Carrefour and about 25 minutes to the medina.
The breakfast had limited hot dishes.
